Hyatt Place Athens Downtown

The staff on duty at the late night time of checkout was very efficient and professional/courteous. The breakfast buffet was superior to any hotels breakfast we have ever had. Can’t say enough about the freshness, variety and tastiness! Such a pleasant surprise after a long day of work and travel the day before. As far as the accommodations, they were clean, very updated and comfortable. Thank you so much.!! such a pleasant experience for medical class working Americans!

Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful, breakfast staff were so kind and top notch. They went out of their way to make sure everyone had what they needed and never stopped cleaning. Breakfast was also surprisingly yummy, especially the potatoes and bacon. Location is perfect for walking downtown or to campus. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the rooftop bar for conveniently meeting up with friends or grabbing a drink before dinner.

Great location near the university, dining and walking/hiking trails and nature area as well as cultural venues.

The breakfast was great !! Daryle at the front desk was wonderful.

The property was clean and well done, a good value for the ate. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was very good. of note was the clerk at check in who remembered me from my stay the previous week and gave me a little "welcome" snack bag that was appreciated.
